Course structure, dates and venues:
A part time training with a strongly experiential character comprising of nine modules over three years.
Each module includes a 6 day residential, distance learning and written projects.

- Havelhöhe Hospital – Berlin, Germany, 20-26 June 2021
- Emerson College, UK, 3-9 or 17-22 October 2021 (
- Klinik Arlesheim and Goetheanum Dornach, Switzerland, 13-19 March 2022
- Trigonos Snowdonia, UK, 15-21 May 2022
The course fee is £6,300.
Full payment of course fees is required by 1 December 2019.
Payment plans are also available. The payment plan option must be agreed within 2 weeks of acceptance. If you require the payment plan option, please contact the Registrar at Emerson College at firstname.lastname@example.org Registration for verification and certification of the programmes is included in the course fee.

Deposit and Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required on accepting a place on the Course and is deducted from full course fee. Missed modules are not refunded.
- A) If you cancel the course booking within 14 calendar days of receiving your acceptance confirmation, any payment made will be refunded in full, up until two months prior to the start of the course; thereafter there are no refunds.
Special consideration will be given in cases of illness confirmed by medical evidence.
See point B if you apply within 14 days of course start.
Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and earlier than two months before the start date of the course will receive a refund of any fees paid minus the Deposit. Thereafter there are no refunds.
There are no refunds for missed days or modules.
You must make your cancellation in writing.
- B) If you apply within 14 days of course start, any cancellation within 14 days of acceptance confirmation (provided that there has been no attendance or access to resources) will be entitled to a full refund, in line with Consumer Protection Legislation.
- C) If you have had a payment plan agreed by the course registrar, the above cancellation policy applies.
Should you leave prior to the end of the course, you agree to pay the balance of the full fees immediately.
If you cancel within 14 days of application submission any payment made will be refunded in full. If the course has started within this 14 day notice period, you may be liable for those days attended. You must make your cancellation in writing.

If you have any problems at all with paying your balance by these dates, please contact us or you may lose your place on the course.
In the unlikely event that Emerson needs to cancel the course you will be notified in writing no later than 1 December 2019. Any payments made to Emerson College toward course fees will be refunded to you. It is recommended that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event the course should cancel.
Attending our course is a matter of mutual commitment. We make a commitment to the course staffing and content. Students make a commitment to attend the whole course and pay their tuition fees and living costs. We acknowledge this commitment by trying to keep costs at a level which is compatible with providing a healthy and productive learning community.
